How much notice do you need to give us, before renting a dumpster?

We recommend giving us at least 24-48 hours' notice before renting a dumpster, at the minimum. Especially during the Spring through Fall months, when we're especially busy! In a perfect world, St. Charles Dumpster Rentals would prefer you to provide us with at least 2-weeks notice as we do get booked out pretty far in advance. We don't prefer to do same-day dumpster rentals, but we have in the past. If you're ready, simply give us a call today and we can see if we're able to accommodate your next project!

Can you deliver a dumpster to my residential neighborhood?

Of course we can, what kind of dumpster rental provider would we be if we didn't! To reiterate the question, yes, we can deliver a dumpster to residential areas! However, some neighborhoods may have restrictions on the size or placement of the dumpster. That is something that we can handle the logistics on, just give us your HOA's information and we will reach out to ensure we're in compliance with all of there rules and regulations. What happens if I fill the dumpster before the rental period is over?

This happens all of the time, and not a big deal at all! If you fill the dumpster before the rental period is over, simply reach out to our team and schedule an earlier pickup time! There is a good chance that you'll be able to get some sort of refund on your rental. Not a big deal at all, however we can help, we're here for it!

What if I need to extend my rental period?

At St. Charles Dumpster Rentals, we're here to help and serve you. If you find yourself in need of a longer rental, just give us a call and let us know and we would be more than happy to accommodate your requests! Do you offer same-day dumpster rentals?

We may be able to offer same-day rentals, depending on availability. Often times, we prefer and suggest a few weeks in advance, but we know and fully understand that it isn't a perfect world! Can I load the dumpster over the top?

No, unfortunately, you cannot load the dumpster over the top of the sides. This turns into a safety hazard for not only our drivers but others on the open road during the transport process. If you fill the dumpster up to its full capacity, which sometimes does happen, simply give our network of service providers and we'll swap it out ASAP!

What size dumpster do I need for my next project?

The size of the dumpster you need depends on the overall scope and size of your next project!
